The fabric is soft so it doesn't irritate the skin, which is great. The vibration is subtle, but the warming effect is good. It feels like continuously receiving warm compresses. The thumb insert area is also smooth.

Works well, fits my size 10 feet even with thick socks on, gets nice and toasty. The lowest setting is honestly enough unless it's super cold. And the vibration is good too.
